Our Patio Smoker is another beautiful product from MySmoker Mfg. With its metal and wood design can make nice accent on your patio, but most importantly, it has been designed to make great tasting foods.
- The Smoker has fully aluminum encased Smoke Chamber to provide for easy cleaning
- The chamber’s usable size is 15 W x 12 D x 20 H (inches) with 540 sq inch cooking space and 350°F temperature ability. It provides enough capacity for smoking foods for small family.
- Manual thermostat allows for temperature selection and adjustment
- Most of liquids and solids that condense out from the smoke are separated before entering smoke chamber, making smoking process cleaner and healthier.
- Easily removable from it’s base is safe and easy to clean.
- The Chamber is fitted with wooden bar for hanging the products and with stainless steel, food save shelves for loading smaller pieces.
- Woodchips burning Smoke Generator is mounted outside of the smoking chamber to allow Cold or Hot smoking.
- Adjustable air supply to the smoke generator helps maintaining wood chips burning rate and temperature, effectively producing best quality smoke in desired volume.
